As we continue to evolve and enhance your Plexus experience, we're preparing to sunset our current Plexus Perks program. We appreciate your loyalty and consistency as a Brand Ambassador or VIP Customer more than you know, and we want to make sure you get the most out of your current Perk Credits before we transition to our new and improved rewards system.
What Does This Mean?
First, please note, subscriptions that processed on August 28, 2025 will be the final orders to accrue Plexus Perk Credits. Orders processed on or after August 29, 2025 will no longer accrue Plexus Perk Credits.
Action Required:
Next, you will have until October 28, 2025 to redeem all your Plexus Perk Credits. After this date, unused credits will expire.
You also have the option of donating your credits. For every 250 Perk Credits, Plexus® will donate $5 to Nourish One, which provides 50 meals to families in need through Feeding America.
