Remember, Detox is Temporary!

Here are a few tips that will help you move through the process quickly. It will be worth it!!

1- Drink MORE water. You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces daily. Dehydration traps toxins in the body and closes down elimination channels. Staying hydrated is key to support detoxification. Also, add fresh squeezed lemon to your water! Lemon is a detox support as well!

2 - Consider increasing BioCleanse! Especially if you're not eliminating 1-3x a day. As you cleanse, your colon is your best friend because it escorts waste and toxins out of the body. Constipation prolongs a detox/die-off response as waste and toxins are reabsorbed back into the bloodstream and often come out through the skin!

3 - Avoid sweet foods (especially sugar & refined carbs), even naturally sweet foods, as they will feed the exact organisms you are getting rid of! If you notice your sugar/junk cravings increase for a short amount of time recognize that this is bad bacteria trying to survive and causing you to have cravings for sugar. It will pass. Stay strong and don't feed the yeast!

4 - Take a detox bath! A detox bath is one of the easiest healing (and relaxing) therapies we can do to facilitate our body's natural detoxification system.Did you know that taking a detox bath, not only boosts our health and well-being, but it also strengthens our immune system and prevents disease? There are so many great advantages!

5 - If you are having a prolonged or tougher detox experience consider adding in additional antioxidants and liver support. One suggestion is to take 1,000mg of Vitamin C with your ProBio5.Milk Thistle is a great liver support as well. Your liver transforms waste so that it can be eliminated. Antioxidants are damage control; they sweep up the mess before it snowballs into free radical damage and runaway inflammation.
