Your VIP Customer membership sign-up fee is $9.95 plus applicable taxes. Your VIP Customer membership will continue for one (1) year unless you cancel it earlier and will be renewed annually at $19.95 plus applicable taxes unless changed by Plexus.
Plexus will charge your credit card, debit card or other payment method on file for the annual renewal fee until you cancel your VIP Customer Agreement. When your next Subscription order is placed Plexus will automatically charge your credit card for your Subscription order plus taxes, shipping and handling fees if applicable, and then for the same amount (unless you change your order) monthly until you cancel it. You can change or cancel at any time by contacting Plexus Customer Service by telephone at 480-998-3490, by email at cs@plexusworldwide.com, online through your My Account page or by mail to 9145 E Pima Center Parkway, Scottsdale AZ 85258. Your cancellation notice must be received by Plexus at least twenty-four hours prior to your next charging date.
